  • Pasta Vessel


  • 8 oz. pasta penne or fusilli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


  • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add oregano, basil, thyme, salt, black pepper, and curry leaves to the skillet. Cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the spice mixture.
  • Top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
